温州家族企业代际传承下企业文化的再造——以温州汇泰箱包有限公司为例

摘　　要：为数众多的早期家族企业创始人已步入花甲之年,家族企业的代际传承问题备受社会关注,而家族企业代际传承引起的新旧文化交替风险亦成为关注的焦点。以温州汇泰箱包有限公司为例,通过对内部文件查阅、深度访谈、问卷调查等方法,对家族企业接班人如何继承企业文化精髓并抓住契机再造优秀企业文化进行研究,以期为家族企业文化的再造提供借鉴。Many founders of early family enterprises now are in their sixties, therefore the issue of intergenerational inheritance has caused the concern of the society and the risk of the new and old culture alteration resulting from the intergenerational inheritance has been the focus. Taking Whenzhou Huitai Case Limited Company as an example, the paper makes a research on how the successors of the family enterprises inherit the essence of corporate culture and take the opportunity to reconstruct it in hopes of providing lessons for the family enterprises through reviewing the internal files, paying visits and making questionnaire survey.
