摘　　要：班级是高职院校教育教学工作的最基本组织单位,也是学生学习、生活、成长的重要场所。班主任作为班级关爱教育的主要主导者和实施者,要了解掌握班级中每一个学生思想状态,把握好三个年级不同阶段关爱教育的重点,有针对性地实施关爱教育,帮助教育学生"知业","学业","就业",培养合格人才。Class is not only a basic unit of education but an important place for students to learn, live and grow up. Class teachers, as the main leaders and implementers, should learn the state of everyone＇ s mind in class and the emphasis of caring education in different stages during the three years. They are supposed to carry out caring education to train qualified talents.
