摘　　要：为深化教师教育改革,教育部颁布了《教师教育课程标准(试行)》。而要成功地实施高期望的标准,必然需要一种系统的"标准驱动的教师教育改革",从而才能确保高校教师教育机构培养出来的教师的合格性和专业性。在对基于标准的职前幼儿师资培养特征及实施模式进行分析的基础上,对我国教师教育标准体系的建立和完善、我国早期儿童学习与发展标准、幼儿教师教育等相关问题作了进一步的思考。To deepen the reform of teachers education, the Ministry of Education issued Curriculum Standards of Teachers Education （ for trial implementation ）. But the successful implementation of high standards needs a kind of systematically standard driven reform of teachers education, to ensure that the colleges and universities can culti- vate qualified and professional teachers. Based on the analysis of standard driven pre - service preschool teachers＇ training characteristics and implementing modes, the article makes a further thinking on the establishment and perfection of standard system, principles of children＇s learning and development in early peoriod, and related issues of preschool teachers education.
