液相色谱法测定复方保健酒中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：建立复方保健酒中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(24∶76);流速1.0mL/min;柱温30°C;检测波长270nm;进样量10μL。淫羊藿苷在0.044～0.354μg范围内的线性关系良好(r=0.999),平均回收率98.52%,RSD1.33%。此法准确度高、重现性好、专属性强,可用于样品中淫羊藿苷含量的测定。To establish a HPLC method for the deteimination of icariin in functional wine. Thermo BDS HYPERSIL Cls column（4.6mm× 250mm,5μa） was used with acetonitrile- H20（24：76） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, detecting wavelength was 270nm, and column temperature was 30℃. Icariin had a good linear in the range of 0.044- 0.354μg（ r = 0.999）;the average recovery was 98.52 % with RSD of 1.33 %. The method was simple, rapid and accurate, which can be applied for the determination of icariin in functional wine.
