摘　　要：基于广西某县多所农村小学英语教师的教学现状,探索提高西部农村地区小学英语教师教学策略水平的培训方法。实践表明,专家讲座理论引领、英语语言技能训练、参加研究课比赛课、教学反思经验总结、参与教育科研等措施能有效提高小学英语教师教学策略水平。Based on the conditions of the rural primary English teachers in some counties of Guangxi, training ap- proaches are explored to enhance teachers＇ teaching strategies. Results shows that theory guidance through experts＇ lectures, English language skills training, class presentation and competition, teaching reflection and scientific research are effective ways to improve primary English teachers＇ teaching strategies.
