摘　　要：高等职业教育的发展在结构方面存在诸多的失衡问题,其源于政府对非均衡发展的过分强调、高等职业教育自身发展模式的单一和运行体系的不完善。新时期高等职业教育结构要实现更均衡的发展,重点是在政府角色转变的前提下,对自身发展模式及运行体系等做出正确合理的调整。There are many imbalanced problems in the higher vocational education structure and the origin lies in the overemphasis on the imbalanced development of higher vocational education by the government and the singleness of development pattem of higher vocational education. To change such situation, the key is that the role of government should be changed and the development pattern and the operation system of higher vocational education should be adjusted.
