基层电大开放教育招生中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：地市级、县级电大是中央广播电视大学系统基层的办学单位,是电大开放教育的主力军,也是实现广播电视大学到开放大学转型升级的根本保障。没有生源,电大开放教育就成了无源之水,无本之木。生源是基层电大赖以生存和发展的基础,文章立足于基层电大开放教育招生的实际,分析了基层电大开放教育招生中存在的问题,针对性地提出了创新基层电大开放教育招生的对策。The prefecture - level and county - level Radio ＆TV university is the basic running unit of the central Radio and TV university system, the main force of open education of Radio ＆TV university, and the fundamental guarantee for its transformation to open university. Open education in radio and TV universities can＇t survive without students. This paper is based on the actual work in the enrollment in radio and TV university, analyzes the existing problems and proposes the innovation countermeasures for the enrollment work.
