黑加仑总酸含量与外观品质的相关性研究

摘  要:为了研究黑加仑中总酸含量与外观品质的相关性,用逐步回归法对黑加仑总酸含量与面积、G均值和B均值等16个特征相关参数的相关性进行研究,结果表明总酸含量y1与伸长度x5、H均值x8、G均值x12成正相关,与面积x1、圆度x7、V均值x10、B均值x13、G/B均值x14和G/R均值x15成负相关。同时,获得了黑加仑总酸与其外观品质指标间的回归方程,为黑加仑品质测定提供了理论依据。In order to study the relevance of total acid content and the appearance quality in black currant, the relevance of total acid content in black currant and area, means of G, means of Bet al.16 parameters related to characteristic was studied by stepwise regression with SPSS17.0. The results showed positive correlation between the total acid content (Y1) and the stretch ( X5 ), means of H ( Xs) , the mean G (X12) and also showed negative correlation between the total acid content ( Y1 ) and area ( X1 ) , roundness (X7) , means of V (Xl0) , B means (X13) , G / B means (X14) , G / R means ( Xl5 ). A regression equation was built to present the total acid content of blackcurrant berry with its ap- pearance indexes. F value of regression equation was 2.598, which illustrated the model was'significant undera=0.05 level. These results develop a basis for the quality evaluation of blackcurrant berry.
