摘　　要：随着我国经济的迅猛发展及对外贸易的不断扩大,社会对商务英语复合型人才的需求越来越大,同时也越来越注重其实践技能的高低。针对应用型本科院校实践基地建设和师资培养等方面存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。With the rapid development of economy and foreign trade, China not only demands compound talents of business English increasingly, but also pays more and more attention to the discretion of the practical skills. This paper introduces some existing problems, such as practice base construction and teachers＇ training in our application-oriented universities, and puts forward some solutions for them.
