摘 要:在华人企业组织中,基于"差序格局"而产生的差序式领导是一种极为特殊的领导风格,不仅与西方现有的领导类型有所差异,更突显出华人企业组织中领导者与部属的独特互动方式,其特色是华人领导者对自己人部属与外人部属有不同的领导方式,并且对其所偏爱的部属给予较多的偏私。在前人研究的基础上,整理出差序式领导的发展脉络和理论基础,并将其与领导—部属交换(LMX)和家长式领导方式进行了对比。In Chinese organizations, differential leadership which result from 'the differential mode of association' is a kind of extremely special leadership style, not only vary with the western existing leadership types, but more highlights the unique interactive way between leaders and subordinates in Chinese organizations. It shows that Chi- nese leaders have different style of leadership between the in-group subordinates and out-group subordinates, they will give more partiality to the in-group subordinates. On the basis of previous studies, this paper will summary the development choroids and theoretical basis of differential leadership, and compare it with leader-member exchange theory (LMX) and paternalistic leadership.
