摘　　要：教育作为传播、发散和创新知识的重要基地 ,肩负着为社会提供充分的合格的人力资源的重任。知识经济初现端倪 ,给教育改革提出了极为迫切和严格的要求。为此 ,必须大力普及知识经济意识 ,增强教育改革的紧迫性和危机感 ;必须切实增强教育投入 ,落实“科教兴国”战略 ;必须积极推行素质教育 ,增强学生的创新意识和能力 ;Education as the important base to transform,to spread and to enhance knowledge,shoulders with the task of supplying adequate qualified personnel resources.The new beginning of the knowledge economy sets an urgent and strict demand on educational reform.Hence,it's necessary to popularize the idea of knowledge economy,to strengthen the urgency and the sense of crisis of educational reform.It's necessary to add to practical investment in education,to put into practice the strategy of “prospecting the country with scientific education”,to widely apply quality education,to reinforce the students'creative idea and abilities,to establish a good common practice of the civil life-long education in the whole society.
