基于三学期制的体育教育专业“分段—集中”实习模式的构建研究

摘　　要："分段—集中"实习是一种"全程系统化"的实践教学活动,该模式的核心是满足学分制的现实需要,利用三学期制"长短学期交叉"、"短学期以实践教学为主"等条件,将体育教育专业实习全程设置为熟悉性实习、陪伴实习、合作体验实习、责任实习四个"分段而不断,小集中与大集中有机结合"的实践教学阶段,并通过对办学理念、教学内容、教学方式、教学机制、培养模式等内部结构的进一步改变来优化体育教育专业的教育实习。The whole course of ＂segmented-centralized＂ practice model was systematic, which core was to meet the real requirements of credit system using long semester cross-ing short semester and paying attention to practice teaching in short semester existed in three semester system. The practice model set up four practice teaching stages including familiar practice, accompany practice, cooperation and ex-perience practice and responsibility practice in the whole practice course of physical education major, which embodied out segmented but continuous, organic combination between concentration in teaching practice narrow area and in whole course. The of physical education major was optimized by further changing internal structures, such as school-run-ning concept, teaching contents, teaching methods, mechanism, train mode and so on. teaching）
