摘 要:目的:探讨评教评学双向评价模式在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选择我院2011级实习护生124名为试验组,采用评教评学双向评价模式;2010级实习护生120名作为对照组,采用传统的单向评价模式。通过师生综合能力评价、理论与综合技能考核的方式进行评价。结果:试验组护生理论与综合技能考核成绩及对带教老师综合能力的评价均高于对照组(P<0.05),带教老师对试验组护生综合能力的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:评教评学双向评价模式应用于临床护理教学,既有利于加强临床护理教学质量的监控,又有利于护生核心胜任力的培养及带教老师综合能力的提高。Objective: To discuss the application effect of teaching and learning evaluation evaluation model in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: Random selection of 2011 grade 124 nursing students as the experimental group,used the evaluation of teaching and learning evaluation evaluation model. 2010 grade 120 nmsing students as control group, used the traditional one -way evaluation mode. Through the teachers and students integrated ability evaluation,theory and comprehensive skills assessment evaluation approach. Results:The experimental group students for teachers comprehensive ability evaluation, theory and skills examination scores were higher than those in control group; teachers in the experimental group students' general ability in nursing assessment than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Evaluate teaching and learning evaluation model applied in clinical nursing teaching, to enhance clinical nursing teaching quality monitoring, is conducive to the nursing students' core competency training, help teachers comprehensive ability.
