摘 要:面向普通高校机械工程专业应用型人才培养,基于大工程理念,开展北京市机械工程实验教学示范中心的建设与教学改革,构建多层次、全方位的应用型人才培养实践教学新体系。以能力培育为重点,以工程技术为主线,以突出应用型人才工程实践和创新能力培养为原则,开展实践教学改革,加强实践教学内容的工程性、实用性和综合性,积极引导并大力开展学生课外科技创新活动,进行毕业设计模式改革与创新,加强校外人才培养基地建设,拓展了人才培养模式,丰富了人才培养内涵,显著提升了普通高校机械工程专业应用型人才的实践动手能力、工程应用能力和创新能力。Facing the training of practical talents for the mechanical engineering majors in common universities, based on the idea of large engineering, this article discusses to carry out the construction and teaching reform of Beijing Mechanical Engineering Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, and construct a new multilevel and comprehensive system of practice teaching for training talents. Taking the ability cultivation as the key point, keeping the engineering technology as the main line, and stressing on the engineering practice and innovative ability as the principle, this article points out it should be done that carrying out practical teaching reform; enhancing the engineering, practice, and comprehensive abilities of the contents of practical teaching; vigorousl guiding and carrying out students' extracurricular innovation activities of science and technology; carrying on reform and innovation of graduation design mode; strengthening the construction of off-campus training base; expanding the training tulent mode; enriching the connotation of personnel training; and obviously improving the students' practical ability, engineering application ability and innovation ability for the mechanical engineering majors in common universities.
