摘　　要：阐述信息素养的内涵及国内外对信息素养教学模式的研究,基于构建主义学习理论进行信息素养教学设计,认为学习是学习者主动建构知识和经验的过程,提倡"以学生为中心,教学互动"的教学模式。并以建构主义学习理论为基础,以计算机技术和网络技术为重要的辅助工具,进行信息素养教学改革。The paper describes the intension of information literacy and reviews on studies of information literacy teaching models at home and abroad, designs information literacy teaching basing on constructivism learning theory. It thinks that learning is a process that learners proactively construct knowledge and experience, and advocates the teaching model of student-centered and interaction between teacher and learner. Then it takes constructism learning theory as the basis and computer techniques and network techniques as important auxiliary tools to reform information literacy teaching.
