摘 要:应用已测得的动力总成各项参数,建立动力总成-整车动力学模型;运用能量解耦原理,考虑系统各阶振动固有频率的合理分配对优化过程加以约束;利用系统动力学仿真分析软件Adams对动力总成-整车动力学模型中的悬置系统进行优化设计。振动传递率和频域响应分析结果表明:该方法能有效地提高悬置系统的隔振性能。As the core of power generation and transmission of vehicle; powertrain system provides and transmits power to transmission mechanism while generating vibrations which is the main source of vehicle vibration. As a part of the whole vehicle, powertrain while driving will be influenced by the outside interference. Independently studying powertrain vibration isolation performance can not meet the actual requirement in the process of car driving. Therefore, this paper studied vibration isolation characteristics and optimization design of powertrain-vehicle system with energy decoupling method. After the vibration transfer rate and the frequency response analysis, the energy decoupling method is effective for the improvement of mounting system' s vibration isolation performance.
