摘  要:地方高师院校的根本使命即为基础教育培养优秀师资。"教师教育职前职后‘三位一体’实践教学模式",是对教师教育人才培养理论的重大突破,能够切实解决教师专业化发展背景下地方高师院校师范生教育实践能力培养、城区中小学教师职业发展、农村中小学教师专业提升及城乡基础教育均衡发展等现实问题。The essential mission of local normal universities is to train outstanding faculty for basic education. The triad practical teaching modes for teacher education in pre-service and post-service are a major breakthrough in the personnel training of teacher education. These modes can effectively solve the realistic issues under the background of teacher professional development in those aspects such as practical ability training for students in local normal universities, career development for urban primary and secondary school teachers, professional upgrading for primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, as well as balanced development for urban and rural basic education.
