“生态学习”背景下的体育教师教育改革走向

摘  要:为探讨我国体育教师教育改革的未来发展方向,采用文献查阅、逻辑分析等方法进行研究.研究认为:新的生态学习观采用整体的、适应性的观点看待学习,对传统体育教师教育产生冲击,要求解决当前教育过程中存在的理论与实践脱节、职前职后教育内容重复、师生角色不对等、地方政府与高校无沟通、体育教师参加培训缺动力等问题.这需要组建学习共同体,形成校内外学习生态环境,多种教育因素共同推动体育教师教育的发展.To explore the trend of the Chinese teacher education reformation of P.E, this paper adopts the methods of literature review and logical reasoning. The result shows that the new ecological learning view treat the learning as entirety and mutual adaptation. To solve the questions such an the separate of theory and practice; the repetition of pre-profession and post-profession education content; the inequity of teacher and student; the lack of communication between the local government and university; the insufficiency of the motive to take part in profession train. We should to organize the learning community, try to form the inn and external ecological environment of learning, link all the education factors to promote the development of P.E teacher education reformation.
