摘　　要：如何从建构主义理论角度,探索高职院校选修课教学模式,提高学生的人文综合素质,帮助学生发现自己,认识自己,从而开发潜能。在探索的过程中,如何在教学模式方面进行创新,达到提高教学质量和培养学生能力的目的,是一个值得深入探究的课题。How,from the point of view of the theory of constructivism,explore vocational colleges elective teaching mode, to improve the overall quality of the students of the humanities to help students find themselves, to know themselves,in order to develop their potential. In the exploration process,how to innovate in the area of teaching mode to achieve the purpose to improve the quality of teaching and training students＇ ability is a worthy delve into the topic.
