摘  要:能否建设成功规范化的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师培训基地,其关键是临床教学的好坏。培养合格的具有较高诊疗水平的住院医师,是基地的主要任务,而是否能完整地建立科学、实用、成效的临床教学培训体系,便决定了基地建设的成败。本文从耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业的临床教学和医师培训的角度探讨具体方式方法,以期能够在实践中完善耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师的带教培训,为创立规范化的医师培训基地进行前期调研。在继承优秀的传统带教经验的基础上,结合PBL教学模式,进行临床教学的改进,是医师临床培训获得能力提高并产生良好教学气氛的保证。The key of building a successful standardized Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency training base is the quality of clin-ical teaching. Training qualified resident with higher treatment levels is the main task of the base. However the establishment of scientific, prac-tical, and the effective clinical teaching and training system determines the success or failure of the base construction. This study explored the specific ways and means from the perspective of the clinical teaching and physician training of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, in or-der to improve the residency training and teaching of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency training in practice as well as conduct pre- liminary research for the creation of a standardized residency training base. Improving the clinical teaching on the basis of the fine traditional teaching experience and the PBL teaching mode is the guarantee of capabilities and a good teaching atmosphere.
