摘 要:设计了机电式连续可变气门升程(CVVL)机构,可实现气门升程0.35~8.93mm可调,对应气门开启持续期104°~252°曲轴转角,常用工况的配气机构机械损失低于原机;装机进行燃烧试验研究,结果表明:发动机转速1 000~3 000r/min时,平均有效压力(pme)在0.5MPa以下具有节油效果;pme分别在0.2,0.3,0.4MPa时,气门升程随转速上升而增大,节油效果大体上逐步降低;在发动机转速2 000r/min,pme=0.2MPa工况,相同点火提前角时可较原机节油约5.8%,进气门早开早关策略使燃油消耗更低,且点火提前角可提前3°~6°曲轴转角。An electro-mechanical CVVL mechanism with 0.35-8.93 mm adjustable lift was designed. The corresponding valve opening duration of lift was 104°-252°CA. The mechanical loss of valve train under usual conditions was less than that of origi- nal valve train. The experiment for a CVVL mechanism was carried out. The result showed that the fuel save characteristic ex- isted in the mean effective pressure lower than 0.5 MPa at 1 000-3 000 r/min. At 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 MPa BMEP, the valve lift increased with the increase of speed and the fuel save effect decreased gradually. Compared with the original engine with the same ignition advance angle, the CVVL engine saved fuel by about 5. 8% under the conditions of 0. 2 MPa BMEP at 2 000 r/min. The early opening and early closing strategy of intake valve could make the fuel consumption lower and the igni- tion advance angle could advance by 3°-6°CA.
