摘　　要：顶岗实习是学生职业意识和职业能力全面提高的重要途径。高职院校旅游类专业应进一步深化课程体系与教学内容改革,将顶岗实习纳入课程化管理,改革顶岗实习课程的教学内容,完善顶岗实习管理机制,从而助推旅游类专业人才培养目标的实现。The internship is an important way to comprehensively improve studentg career aware- ness and professional competence. In order to achieve the objective of training professional talents, tourism majors in vocational colleges should further deepen the reform of curriculum system and teaching contents, bring students＂ internship into the course management, reform teaching contents of internship courses and improve the management mechanism of the internship.
