摘  要:安徽师范大学国家级地理科学特色专业建设点经过几年的探索与实践,形成了高校与中小学合作培养师范生的新模式——双导师制.在优化资源、加深理解的理念下,双导制以培养知行合一的"H"型教师为愿景,通过合作育人、合作教学、合作实习、合作活动、合作评价,形成了以"七个一"工程为基础的合作机制,并促进了师范生、中小学教师、高校教师三位一体的教师专业发展.通过学术、文艺、政策等路径,双导师制可以走向大学文化与中小学文化的深度互动.With the exploration and the practice for several years, the national characteristic specialty of geography in Anhui Normal University has formed a dual tutors system under the cooperation of university teachers and school teachers on the way to cultivate normal students. According to the idea of optimizing resources, improving understanding, both tutors have a common aim of cultivating a type of teachers of H with a unity of knowledge and practice. Through cooperative cultivation, cooperative teaching, cooperative practice, cooperative evaluation, now we have formed a cooperation mechanism which takes seven "one"s the project as the Foundation, and promotes the professional development of normal students, school teachers and university teachers. By ways of learning, literature and art, policies and so on, the dual tutors system is on its way to deepen cultures interaction between universities and schools.
