摘  要:苏霍姆林斯基教育思想的核心是“个性全面发展”思想 ,它对我们今天正在讨论的创造型教育具有极大的启发意义 :1 苏霍姆林斯基关于个性与全面发展关系的探讨既触及到现代创造性教育的真谛 ,也为全面发展找到了突破口。 2 十分重视情感在创造性活动中的巨大作用。 3 “在每一个人身上发现和找出能使他在为社会谋福利的劳动中给他带来创造的欢乐的那一条‘含金的矿脉’———”苏霍姆林斯基的创造观更符合创造的实质和原意 。The core of cyxomlonski′s educational ideology is ″Fully developmg individual Character.″It has a tremendous inspiration for the present much discused issue of Creative Education. 1. The probe into the relations between individual character and overall development by him not only touched the essence of the contemporary creative education, but also found out a breack through for the overall aducation. 2. Extremely atteched to the passion whith has a gneat function in creative activities. 3.“Search and find from every individual a golden deposit pulse” from which it can bring enjoyment to him in his laboring for the allowance of the society. Cyxomlonski’s creative concept is in closer compliance with the essense and orginality of the creation and the purpose of educalion.
