摘　　要："教师认知图式"是"教师思维"的起点与核心。了解"教师认知图式"的内涵及结构要素,认识"教师认知图式"对师范生教学思维培养的重要意义与作用,探寻基于"教师认知图式"的师范生教学思维培养的路径与方法,对师范生教学思维的培养具有重要的实践作用与积极的理论意义。＂Teachers＇ ognitive schema＂ is the starting point and core of ＂teachers＂ thinking＂. Knowing about the connotation and structural elements of ＂teachers＇cognitive schema＂ and understanding it is of great significance of cultivating normal college students＇teaching thinking. The exploration of ways of cultivation of normal college students＇teaching thinking based on ＂teachers＇ ognitive schema＂ is of great practice importance and positive theoretical significance of the cultivation.
