摘　　要：本文从成人学员的一般心理成熟水平和认知心理出发，探讨成人教育的教学改革问题。根据成人学习心理特征，结合成人教育的自身规律，对成人教育的教学内容、教学形式、教学方法和教学手段等方面的改革进行了具体的讨论，提出了一些改革思路。This article explores teaching reforms on adult education, based on general standard of psy-chological maturity and cognitive psychology of adult learners. It discusses in detail reforms on teaching content, forms and approaches, as well as the intrinsic principles of adult education in accordance with adult learners' psychology. It also offers some creative thoughts on teaching reforms.
