高职院校“校企合一”人才培养模式内涵研究

摘　　要：目前,在我国经济欠发达地区,以服务于区域经济建设为主要特点的高职院校的"校企合作"办学模式运行十分困难,造成高职院校与企业合作呈现"合而不作"、"合而无作"的状态,"校企合一"人才培养模式应运而生。"校企合一"人才培养模式内涵研究主要包括:"校企合一"人才培养模式产生前提和依据,"校企合一"人才培养模式内涵特征、理论价值等方面。Currently, it is hard to for higher vocational colleges develop school-enterprise cooperation for serving the construction of district economy, especially in underdeveloped regions, which makes such situation as cooperating without doing appeared. Thus the concept of school-enterprise integration appears. The concept of school-enterprise integration mainly contains： its precondition, basis, connotation feature and theoretical value etc.
