电子舌及其在酒类区分辨识方面的研究进展

摘　　要：电子舌是以多传感器阵列为基础,利用传感阵列测定液体样品的特征响应信号,通过信号模式识别处理以及专家系统学习识别,对样品进行定性或定量分析的一类新型分析测试设备。本文介绍了电子舌的原理,电子舌的类型及其在酒类区分辨识方面的应用,并对电子舌的发展和趋势作了展望。Electronic tongue is a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the samples of the new class analysis test equipment based on the multi-sensor array, using of sensor array measurement liquid sample characteristic response signal, the signal pattern recognition processing and expert system identification study. This paper introduced the principle of electronic tongue, the electronic tongue types and their liquor distinguish identification, as well the development and trends.
