摘 要:根据建构主义学习理论,学校的主要功能是:为学习者的有效学习创设适当的外部条件。大学英语教学改革注重教育信息技术与教育资源的深度融合,有利于建立新型的自主学习模式。提升大学英语教师信息素养,促进教师角色的科学转变,使学生的自主学习模式朝着更深层次的发展成为可能;这不仅有利于科研活动的开展、培养大学生的科研能力,也有利于传播"终身学习"理念,建立学习型社会。According to Constructivism Learning Theory, the main function of schools is to provide a proper circumstance for the learners to learn efficiently. The highlight of reform in college English teaching is the integration of modern information technology and educational resources, which helps establish the new mode of students' autonomic learning. Improving English teachers' information lit- eracy can facilitate the transformation of teachers' role, making it possible for the further development of autonomic learning mode; it is conducive to the research work which can cultivate college students' research capability; it also benefits the popularization of "lifelong learning" ideology, so as to set up a learning society.
