摘  要:医学免疫学是基础医学教育的重要组成部分,存在课时少、概念多、新技术和新理论多以及知识发展速度快等特点,传统教学模式往往不能达到有效学习的目的。建构主义教学理论强调学习的主动性、协作性和情境性,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,由学生自己建构知识体系。本文在分析建构主义教学观的基础上,结合我国免疫学教学的特点,将建构主义教学理论引入医学免疫学教学实践,有利于激发学生对知识的理解和综合运用能力,提高了医学免疫学教学质量,而且对教师业务水平的提高也具有促进作用。Medical immunology is an important curriculum of preclinical medicine education, which is characterized by the abundant new technology and new theory and the rapid progress. Traditional teaching model depends too much on teachers and can't reach the goal of immunology education. The constructivism theory about teaching and learning lays emphasis on the initiative, interaction and situ- ation of learning. It inspires students' participation consciousness, encourages the student to form their own knowledge system. Based on the analysis of the constructivism theory and the characteris- tics of immunology teaching in China, we have introduced constructivism theory in medical immunol- ogy teaching practice, and found that it has helped the comprehensive and usage of knowledge, im- proved the teaching quality of medical immunology, and also promoted the teaching ability of our teachers.
