本科生教育与研究生教育结合论

摘　　要：育人是学校—切工作的中心，人才培养质量是学校的生命，高等学校应该培养适应２１世纪的创新型人才。文章主要论述了本科生教育和研究生教育相结合，让本科生和研究生一样尽早参加科研工作。在这一实践教学过程中培养学生的创新素质、 创新精神、创新能力。并提出各高校必须在提高本科生教育质量的基础上，发展研究生 教育。没有高质量的本科生教育，研究生教育就会失去基础。就没有生命力。Education of talents is the heart of all works in an university and its quality is the life of the university. University and colleges should train creative talents adapted to the 21st Century. The paper introduces how to combine the education of undergraduate with graduate students letting the students take part in the scientific research as early as possible,which helps to cultivate their creative spirits and ability. It points out that University and Colleges should develop their education of graduate students on a sound foundation of undergraduate education, otherwise the graduate education will lose vatality and a solid foundation.
