关于提升工科教师人才培养能力的思考

摘　　要：高等工程教育形势的发展变化以及社会对工程技术人才质量需求的不断提高,对工科教师的人才培养能力提出了新要求.新形势下,工科教师人才培养能力的提升路径应该包括教学能力提升、育人能力提升、人文素养提升、教学潜能发挥等几个方面.Belong to the development of high situation education and society needs high engineering tal- ents , it make the new ability on training talents of engineering teachers. On the new situation, improve the ability of engineering teachers include teaching ability, education ability, humanities attainment, teaching potential, et al.
