敌霉素-7防霉保鲜剂对高水分玉米的防霉保鲜效果

摘　　要：采用美国德尔斯特 (DELST)公司生产的敌霉素 - 7(DMX - 7)防霉保鲜剂 ,对高水分玉米进行了室内防霉效果试验。结果表明使用 0 .1% ,0 .2 % ,0 .3%的剂量 ,能分别使 16 .2 %水分的玉米安全储藏 2 3d ,2 5d和 5 0d以上 ;0 .3% ,0 .4%的剂量能分别使 17%水分的玉米安全储藏 2 8d和 30d。敌霉素 -DMX-7 preservative (made in U S A) was used for preservation of the corn with high moisture content in laboratory. The results showed that the dose of 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% can preserve the corn with 16.2% moisture content for 23,25 and 50 days respectively. The dose of 0.3% and 0.4% can preserve the corn of 17% moisture content for 23 and 30 days respectively. DMX-7 can be as the satisfactory and emergency preservative.
