摘  要:人文素质教育的实现,首先需要教师形象的塑造,这种塑造需要教师从师德、师风、师表三方面塑造,形成立体的教师形象;其次是课堂上实时的人文素质教育监控,从而达到人文素质教育的真正目的。立体的教师形象并配以课堂上实时的人文素质教育将使学生产生良性的人文认知,是培养新时代全面发展优秀青年的必要路径。The realization of humanistic quality education comes as firstly molding teachers' images. The creation of this kind is done from teachers' ethics, demeanor and modeling so as to form positive teachers' images. Secondly, the monitoring of human- istic quality education in classroom is essential, which helps to achieve its goal. Positive teachers' images, combined with hu- manistic quality education in class, will enable college students to have a benign human cognition, which is the necessary way to train outstanding and all - round developed youngsters in the new era.
