摘  要:提升农村幼儿园教师的素质,是提高农村学前教育质量的关键。本研究通过对河北省部分幼教干部和农村幼儿园教师调查发现,农村幼儿园教师存在职后培训不足.培训针对性不强等诸多问题。要提高农村幼儿园教师的素质,应采取合适的培训形式.注重培训的实效性;应强调“四级两线”的紧密配合,发挥师范院校专业人员的专业引领作用:教师应加强学习和反思。The improvement of the qualities of kindergarten teachers in rural areas is the key factor of the improvement of the qualities of preschool education in rural areas. Investigation of some of kindergarten leaders and teachers in rural areas shows that there exist some problems such as insufficient in-service teacher training and low pertinence. To improve qualities of teachers in rural areas, appropriate training format should be adopted and training efficacy should be paid special attention to. All parties should work together and teachers colleges should play leading role; individual teachers should keep on studying and develop critical thinking ability.
