摘　　要：提出突显数学应用、培养科学信念、整合教学手段的改革理念,介绍在"线性代数"教学过程中积极渗透建模思想、精心设计教学计划、努力加强过程管理和设法优化教学手段的实践经验以及由此带来的改革成效.In view of emphasizing application, cultivating students＇ innovation ability, and integrating teaching methods, we propose a reform on teaching Linear Algebra, which includes penetrating modeling idea in teaching, constructing well-designed teaching plan, emphasizing on the teaching procedures, and applying modern teaching techniques. Our teaching practice shows that the above teaching reform is effective for improving students＇ abilities of application and innovation.
