摘　　要：本科实习生导师制是当前高等医学教育教学改革的一种人才培养模式,在教学医院引入实习生导师制对于提高医学生培养质量、造就高素质医学人才具有重要意义。近年来,我校将实习生导师制作为本科教学质量工程中实践教学改革的重要措施,在教学医院中开展临床实践教学改革,并取得了一定成效。The tutorial system for undergraduate interns is a kind of training mode in current instruction reform of medical colleges and universities. The introduction of this system into teaching hospitals is significant for improving the cultivation of high-quality medical students. In recent years, as a very important measurement of practice teaching reform in undergraduate teaching quality project, the tutorial system has been adopted by our teaching hospitals and some effectiveness has been achieved.
