摘 要:通过对一所小学问题式教学实践的现实考察发现,尽管教师接受了许多新课程培训,但教师内心对传统教学观念的高度认同和坚守使得问题式教学实践缺乏实效性,同时也表明课堂教学文化的重建之路困难重重。课堂教学文化的重建关键在于教师教学观念的重塑,然而要改变教师的教学观念,并不能仅靠对教师的知识培训和技能训练来实现,必须确立一种整体观,改变教师生存于其中的学校场景和生活场景,为教师观念的转变提供外部支持。Through an investigation into the problem-based teaching practice in a primary school, it is found that the teacher's identifying and sticking to the traditional teaching concepts led to the ineffectiveness of the problem-based instruction, though the teacher had accepted of training on new curriculum, and that lots of difficulties are to be encountered along the road to reconstructing classroom teaching culture. The key point in reconstructing classroom teaching culture is remodeling teachers' teaching concept. However, to change teachers' teaching concept, it is not enough to soly rely on teacher knowledge and skill training. A holistic approach must be established, i. e. , improving the school setting and living environment where teachers live and teach so as to provide external support for teachers' transforming of their teaching concepts.
