论五年制师范教育教学质量评价体系建构——以吉首大学师范学院为例

摘　　要：五年制师范教育教学质量评价存在的问题:评价目的工具主义导向、评价主体单一、运行机制不健全。基于现代教学质量观和现代教育评价观基础上建构五年制师范教育教学质量评价体系,包括构建多元评价主体和科学、合理的评价指标体系以及建立上下贯通、内外结合的教学质量评价运行机制,从而完善五年制师范教育教学质量评价体系。There exist some problems in evaluation system of teaching quality about five-year teacher education such as instrument-orien- ted evaluation purpose, monotonous evaluation subject and unsound operate mechanism. On the basis of modem attitudes towards tea- ching quality and education evaluation, as to the five-year teacher education we should formulate such an evaluation system of teaching quality which consists of dimensional evaluation subject, scientific and reasonable evaluation system as well as flexible operating mech- anism for teaching quality, thus making this kind of evaluation system perfect.
