摘 要:为"中国白酒现代化和国际化浅见"一文的续篇,进一步探讨我国白酒走出国门之路,以历史事实,论证了老白干酒的优越性。文中介绍了解放前后老白干酒生产兴旺发达情景、以后衰落的原因,最后介绍了通过成立老白干协作组,振兴老白干酒取得的成果。This paper is a continuation of opinions on the modernization and internationalization of Chinese liquor.The pathway of Chinese liquor export was further discussed.The advantages of Laobaigan liquor was elucidated based on history events.The scene of its strong production before and after liberation as well as the reason of later decline was described.Finally the results of Laobaigan collaborative group in bracing the production of Laobaigan liquor were introduced.
