摘 要:"以赛促学,以赛促教",强化技能训练,探索实践教学新途径。组织学生以团队形式参加综合技能大赛,参赛项目模拟临床案例情景,融入现代护理理论、救护技术、职业态度、团队协作及人文沟通等技能。大赛有利于学生急救意识和人文意识的培养,促进职业能力的提高。大赛检阅学校办学实力,检验实践教学质量,是学生执业能力培养的载体。此方法强化了职业教育中的人文意识,贴近临床,缩短了护生向专业护士转化的认知期。Using contests to promote learning and teaching, to strengthen skill training is a new way to explore practice teaching. We can organizing the students to form a team to participate in the comprehensive skills contest, simulating clinical case scenarios, involved in the modern theory of nursing, rescue techniques, occupation attitude, team cooperation and cultural communication skills. Competition is good for cultivating students' consciousness of emergency and humanistic consciousness, to improve the occupation ability. A contest also can check the ability of running a school and check the teaching quality, which is the carrier of cultivating the practice ability of students. This method enhanced the humanities consciousness in the occupation education and shortened the period of the nurses to cognitive into professional ones.
