摘  要:建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定枣酒中甲醇分析方法。通过优化色谱条件,使用TG-35MS石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.5μm),经程序升温技术分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,外标法定量。结果表明,甲醇在0.25~20.00mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9969),平均加标回收率为95.90%。所测不同厂家生产的不同酒龄枣酒中甲醇含量各不相同,其含量在3.32~4.74mg/mL之间。该方法具有简单、准确、灵敏,适用于枣酒中甲醇含量的测定。A reliable method had been developed for determination of methanol in jujube wine by gas chromatography. Through optimization of chromatographic condition,the TG-35MS capillary column(30m×0.25mm×0.5μm) was used,and a technique called programmed temperature was adopted. The content of methnol was detected by using an FID,and the external standard method was used to determine. The result showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.25~20.00mg/mL(r=0.9969). The average recovery was 95.90%. The content of methanol in different ages of jujube wine was diverse from each other from different manufacturer production ,and it was between 3.32N4.74mg/mL. This method was simple, accurate,and sensitive so that it could be used to determine methanol in jujube wine.
