摘　　要：本文在分析了我国中等职业教育师资现状及特点和我国经济发展对现代职教师资要求的基础上,围绕如何建设一支专业理论扎实、实践技能突出、善于合作、甘于奉献的创新型专业师资队伍展开研究。The paper analyzes the present situation and the features ofthe teaching staffin our country＇s secondary vocational schools. And on the basis of the requirements of modem vocational teachers, it makes a research on how to establish an innovative professional teaching staffwith strong professional theories, outstanding practical skills and cooperative and dedicative spirit.
