摘　　要：本文目的是探讨英语写作中学生的语言策略的认知基础,方法是要求学生基于特定图片在限定时间内用英语表征图片信息。结果发现,几乎所有被试在整体信息表征中呈现出图式性特征,表述手段单一,信息表征中存在主体的不当干预。这一结果对英语写作教学有一定的启发作用。The paper aims at exploring the cognitive basis of students＇ linguistic strategies in English writing. The research requires students to describe the pictorial information in English within the limited time based on the specific pictures. The results shows that almost all the examinees represent the schematic features in the whole information representation. And their linguistic devices lack of variety and improper subjective intervention is found in the information representation. Through the research, it has some enlightenment for English writing teaching.
