摘 要:校企合作是职业教育的本质特征之一。通过对校企合作的内涵及其发展历程的梳理,在对政府、高职院校、企业、行业组织等多个主体元素的关系进行深入分析的基础上,按照系统论的观点,以利益机制、感情机制、导向机制、激励机制等为保障,从内部与外部机制两个层面共同推进校企合作的有序开展。School-enterprise cooperation is one of the substantive characteristics of vocational education. Through carding the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation and its development history, analysis of the relations of subject elements include government, higher vocational colleges, enterprises and business organizations, and according to system theory, and guaranteed by benefit mechanism, emotional mechanism, oriented mechanism and motivation mechanism, school-enterprise cooperation is developed in an orderly way from inside and outside operation mechanisms.
