摘　　要：农村教师继续教育是提高教师整体素质和促进教师专业化建设的有效途径,也是全面实施素质教育和终身教育的关键。本文在分析农村教师继续教育现状的基础上,总结农村教师继续教育存在的主要问题,并提出具体的对策。Rural teachers＇sontinuing education is an effective way to improve the overall quality of teachers and promote the construction of teachers ＇professionalization, and also the key of quality education and lifelong education. This paper, on the basis of analyzing current situation of continuing education of rural teachers, summarizes the main problems of continuing educa- tion of teachers in rural areas, and puts forward specific countermeasures.
