摘 要:以朔黄铁路三家村复合式衬砌隧道为工程背景,采用C64K型敞车编组列车以70km·h-1速度通过隧道时基底填充层表面实测加速度时程曲线作为激振荷载,运用ANSYS软件进行重载列车作用下隧道结构的动应力分析。结果表明:该列车通过隧道时,填充层横向和竖向动应力均呈现先拉后压,最大横向拉、压及竖向压动应力分别约为20,70和50kPa,均出现在靠近边墙的1#和4#钢轨下,最大竖向拉动应力约为15kPa,出现在1#—4#钢轨下方;仰拱上表面竖向主要受压,最大压动应力约为15kPa,出现在钢轨正下方位置,横向主要受拉,最大拉动应力约为40kPa,出现在道心;拱顶和拱腰内表面竖向和横向的拉、压动应力均较小,在20kPa以下;边墙内表面竖向受到较大的拉、压动应力,最大拉、压动应力分别约为55和25kPa,横向拉、压动应力均小于1kPa。总之重载列车对基底结构的影响最大,边墙次之,拱腰及拱顶最小。Based on the engineering background of Sanjiacun tunnel with composite lining on the Shuo- Huang Railway, the acceleration time-history curve of filling layer surface when C64K gondola car passing through tunnel at the speed of 70 km h-1 was used for exciting load to analyze the dynamic stress of tun- nel structure under heavy haul train by ANASYS. The results show that, when the gondola car passing the tunnel, both the transverse and vertical dynamic stress of filling layer is first tension and then compres- sion. The maximum transverse tension, compression and vertical compression dynamic stress is about 20, 70 and 50 kPa respectively, which all occur under the 1# and 4# rail near the side wall. The maximum ver- tical tension dynamic stress is about 15 kPa, which occurs under 1#-4# rail near the side wall. The upper surface of invert arch is compression vertically, and the maximum compression dynamic stress is about 15 kPa, which occurs right below the rail; while it is tension transversely, the maximum tension dynamic stress is about 40 kPa, which occurs at railway centre. The vertical and transverse tension and compres- sion dynamic stress at the inner surface of vault and haunch are smaller, which are below 20 kPa. Greater vertical tension and compression dynamic stresses occur at the inner surface of side wall, and the maximum values are 55 and 25 kPa respectively. Both the transverse tension and compression dynamic stress is less than 1 kPa. In a word, the effect by heavy haul train to foundation base structure is the most, the side wall is the second, the haunch and invert arch is the smallest.
