高职建筑类专业校企共建实训基地模式的思考

摘　　要：校企共建实训基地是我国高职教育的大势所趋,对高职人才培养起着举足轻重的作用。特别是建筑类专业,通过校企合作方式建设实训基地,能最大限度地为学生提供良好的现场工作环境,满足人才培养目标的要求。对建筑类专业学生而言,只有在真实的工作环境中学习,通过真实的现场训练,才能更好地掌握与就业岗位对接的专业知识与技能。Co-constructing practical training base by colleges and enterprises is the tendency of higher vocational education in our country, playing an important role for cultivating higher vocational talents, especially architecture major. Through the form of college-enterprise cooperation for constructing practical training base, it can provide students with good on-site working environment furthest, which can satisfy the requirement of talents＇ training goal. As for students in architecture major, through real on-site training, only study in real working environment can master the professional knowledge and skills of connecting employment post better.
