基于岗位能力的电子信息类专业校企合作模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：实施工学结合、校企合作是当前高等职业教育的重要工作,本文以我院国家示范院校建设电子信息工程技术重点建设专业(群)为例,根据专业所处的区域经济特点,分析了专业所面向的岗位以及岗位所需要的能力,结合学院实际,给出了培养适应岗位能力所需要的校企合作模式,试图为实施基于岗位能力的校企合作提供可参考的借鉴。The implementation of learning- working combination and school- enterprise cooperation is an important task of the present higher vocational education. Taking the key specialties （ Group ） of electronic information engineering technology of our national model college for example and according to the specialty characteristics of the regional econo- my, this paper analyzes the professional posts and the required ability of the posts,puts forward the required mode of the school - enterprise cooperation for the cultivation of post ability by combining with practice, and intends to provide a reli- able reference for school- enterprise cooperation based on post ability.
