摘  要:学生评教,是高校获取教师课堂教学信息的有效途径和加强教学管理的有效手段,目前已成为高校一项常规性制度。笔者对所在学校进行调查发现,师生在对学生评教的认识及评教结果的认同上,存在着偏差和问题,存在诸多影响评教结果的因素。针对问题成因,提出加大宣传提高认识,科学制定评价指标,合理组织评教活动,慎重运用评教结果等建议。Students ' teaching evaluation is an efficient path to obtain information of teachers' classroom teaching in colleges and an effective means to strengthen teaching management, which has been a conventional system in colleges. By the investigation in their college, the authors find out that mistakes and errors exist in teachers' and students' recognition and acceptance of students' teaching evaluation, and there are numerous factors influencing teaching evaluation results. According to the causes of these problems, the authors suggest improving their recognition by increasing publicity, to generate evaluation indexes scientifically, to organize teaching evaluation activities properly and to apply the evaluation results carefully.
